The Active Health System (AHS) log download CLI retrieves the AHS log data from the local server. It creates a .ahs package file with all the AHS log files. After the .ahs file is created, the file can provide HP Support with information needed to diagnose issues. This is the SmartComponent of the AHS Download Windows tool. Prerequisites:
HP ProLiant Integrated Lights-Out Management Interface Driver v1.15 or greater must be installed on the server. Reboot Requirement:
Reboot is not required after installation for updates to take effect and hardware stability to be maintained. Installation:
- Have the latest “HP ProLiant iLO 3/4 Management Controller Driver Package”, and “HP ProLiant iLO 3/4 Channel Interface Driver” installed on system. Available from HP SPP.
- Download the appropriate AHSdownload utility.
- Double click on the component.
- Click on Install.
- Click on Install again.
- When it is finished, click on Close.
- By default, AHSdownload.exe is installed in c:program files (x86)Hewlett-PackardActiveHealthSystem
