Open OpenIV, switch to edit mode.
Go to: GTAV update update.rpf common data
Find the file 'dlclist.xml' and export it to your desktop, open dlclist.xml
notepad and paste this line:
dlcpacks: prime
Close and save, then move to where this file was.
Next, go to: GTAV update x64 dlcpacks,
create a folder called 'prime' there, open it and transfer the file 'dlc.rpf' to it
