LOIC is one of the free ddos attack tools which helps you to test the performance of the network. It enables you to create a DDoS attack online against any site that they control. Loic does not hide an IP address even if the proxy server is not working. It helps you to. We are currently stress testing the game and will slowly open up to more users later on today. In the meantime, please be patient while we deal with the issues that we have. Official release date will be announced as soon as we feel like the game is stable.

Stress is a plugin which is intended to be used to help stress test Bukkit servers. It allows server owners to create a fake load on their server, which can help mimic real loads, or identify potential issues before they happen. It does not replace proper performance profiling systems (such as Aikar's timings and Luck's spark), nor proper server optimization, but it may be used to check for noticeable differences in performance on different hosts, versions of Minecraft, server software, and configuration.
